Sterile sampling bottle

The sampling bottle is used to collect and store sterile liquid samples. It can be used for SIP/CIP with the corresponding sampling valve. If it is matched with valves without SIP/CIP function, it will not be applicable to SIP/CIP. For applicable SIP/CIP valves, please refer to our valve manual.

Details

The sampling bottle is composed of stainless-steel component, PVDF component, borosilicate bottle, diaphragm diverter valve and adjustable bracket, fully supporting high-pressure sterilization. All materials are traceable.

Working temperature: maximum 150 ℃

Valve body material: 316L, internal surface finish Ra ≤ 0.4 µ m, pressure 3 bar

Diaphragm material: PTFE/EPDM (conforming to FDA standard)

Sealing ring material: FEP (optional PTFE)

Sampling bottle: borosilicate glass (500ml - 1000ml)

Cap material: PVDF
